If you are new to e-cigs, you will want to experiment to see what is right for you. Everyone is different and not everyone will use electronic cigarettes in the same way. For example, you may find that you like to puff on your e-cigarette only infrequently, using it much the same way you might have previously taken a cigarette break every so often throughout the day. If so, you may prefer a higher nicotine level. Other users may find they like to puff frequently throughout the day and don't need as high a nicotine level. Some people like to switch the nicotine level around according to their needs, using a higher nicotine level first thing in the morning to get going, then going down to a lower level throughout the day, and back up for an after dinner smoke with a glass of wine.
Your nicotine level will also be influenced by how heavy a smoker you were when you smoked cigarettes.
That being said, we recommend starting at a medium level of nicotine, going up or down to suit your needs.
